Terms & Conditions:

• Breakfast not included.
• Children 0-3 yrs: 1 baby cot will be provided, free of charge (informed in advance only)
• Children 3-11 yrs: free of charge, if sharing existing bedding
• Child aged 12 or older is considered as an adult
• Normally 4 sleeps in two bedroom deluxe suite apartment, sea view
• Maximum 5 persons sharing in two bedroom deluxe suit apartment, sea view 
  (please informed in advance if need to order an extra bed to 5th person: will be charge 500 THB per night)
• Extra bed : a charge of 500 THB per night will be applied
• Rate quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax
• Booking falling from 21st Dec. – 15th Jan is subject to a minimum 7 nights stay
• Check-in time is from 1400 hrs. & check-out in low season is 1200hrs. And in high season is 1100hrs
• The rate can change without prior notice
